Cleaning
Removing coffee residue and dirt from the brewing system.
Descaling
Removing limescale from the boiler and water lines.
Brew unit cleaning
When coffee is weak, leaking, or the machine shows a brew unit error.
Pump replacement
The machine hums but gives no water, or coffee only drips.
Solenoid valve replacement
Water under the machine, no steam or hot water.

How long does a repair take?
It depends on the fault and on parts availability. If a part has to be ordered, we'll tell you when we give the quote.
How much is the diagnosis?
Nothing. Diagnosis is free.
How will I know what the repair costs?
After the diagnosis we call you with the repair price. We only start work once you agree.
What should I bring?
Just the machine. Leave accessories (milk jug, containers) at home unless the problem is with them — then we'll list them on the intake receipt.
How do I pick up my machine?
With your intake receipt. Please collect it within 4 weeks of our call — after that we charge a storage fee of 10 zł per day.
Do you issue VAT invoices?
Yes, a VAT invoice for your company. Give us your NIP (tax number) when you drop off the machine.
